- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called today to ask an important question about my retirement plan. Couldn't get an answer at first, so I figured that it was probably due to it being lunch hour. I called back after lunch, and I get a rude greeting. The man who answered the phone was Shannon. Nasty, dry tone. You could smell the staunch from his stinking-ass attitude through the phone!
