  I couldn't even get to the part of hiring this guy, because I found them so hugely unprofessional and immature. When I inquired, they sent me a returned email that Debbie was going to return my call to set up an appointment for the following week. She never contacted me back. Instead, I had to call back and inquire a second time. I understand that people forget things and whatever, but there wasn't an apology for my inconvenience or anything to that affect. I was just sort of treated like "next". I didn't like that. I decided to go with a different firm, but I sent this guy a tasteful email detailing why I had chosen not to do business with him. He replied, "When I need someone to tell me how to run my firm, I will call you." I guess a law degree doesn't require maturity.

  Legally, Joe got everything done with ease for the bankruptcy case. That part pretty much went off without a hitch. However, communication and follow through were lackluster. I was sent papers from the court that I never received and Joe nor Debbie followed up to see if I even received them. Had I not reached out to them, I wouldn't have known. This office also didn't even inform me that my case was discharged. I only found that out through PACER. After the case was discharged, I was left in the wind to answer my own questions. There was absolutely no followup unless I initiated it.

  I don't know who could have thought Joe was rude and condescending.....he made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in the door! I was afraid that he would be that way as I had made a mess of my situation but not once did he nor Debbie degrade me or make me feel like the idiot I am for getting myself into that situation. They were with me step by step all the way from the beginning to the end and Joe even looked into other ways for me to possibly get out of my situation without filing to see what would be best for me. In my experience most people are in it to get their money and do as little as they have to in order to resolve something....not the case with this firm. Debbie answered every email I sent and if I didn't understand either she or Joe would explain things to me. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to ANYONE considering filing.......I think Joe was my answer to a prayer! Wonderful experience!

  I sincerely thank you for your help in my time of need. I have already recommended you to others considering this option. The decision to file bankruptcy was one of the most difficult of my life. The people at Joseph M. Bochcicchio, PLLC were sensitive and informative, guiding me through preparation, court proceedings and post filings. I highly recommend them to anyone faced with similar financial difficulties.

  I cannot express my heartfelt gratitude for Joe. He kept me in my home and taught me so much about how to manage my finances so that I would not end up in my situation again. My credit has inproved dramatically due to his service. I highly recommend him. Leslie C.
