- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆While the appearance of this building would suggest a PNC bank location, the truth is much more bleak and pitiful. A more concise collection of people that have little to no idea what they are doing, let alone what they are doing there does not exist. Whether it be sign-in protocol, fee application or just general helpfulness, any positive aspect that might (MIGHT) exist within a PNC location is in totality, absent. Short and loaded responses to questions, bleak and dismal attitude, lacking emotion, sympathy or any desire to be assisting in any way shape or form has eluded the existing service-people at this bank. When I say existing, I mean it. Their presence within this building does little more than consume air that might be useful elsewhere.By Baker Potato, May 15, 2017
