- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It may not be this specific branch but regions bank is horrible for lending if you are buying a house. The buyer of my condo is using regions bank and we were not notified until the day of closing that they had the incorrect documents from the HOA and the loan has had to go back to underwriting and we are now not expecting to close for another 2 weeks and we have been under contract for nearly 2 months already. The owner has since had to move out of her current resident and is in limbo for a living situation while as a seller I am incurring the ownership fees. Don't use regions if you want to close on time.By Brandon L, December 25, 2016
