  Management needs to provide customer service training. Young guy has no clue how to treat a customer. Not only was he not helpful or offered assistence when my husband was asking him for a form but he was actually rude. We had several packages to ship but after receiving such poor treatment we took our stuff and drove to FEDEX. Please UPS train your employees!

  Charged $2.25 for printing amazon label when it clearly says on the amazon site that it's $1. Beware... other ups stores charge $1

  Horrible customer service from viguel trying to multi balance customers then it misgiving information. I would hand him my card he lay it on the table as if he doesnt like people of the african american race. Never again will i visit

  Since the change in ownership, my mail is no longer forwarded weekly. It takes numerous phone calls to get it forwarded. Management seems nice enough--I'm hoping they can pull it together and provide the basic services I depend on them for. --Becki

  The staffs are very friendly and helpful. What I like about them is that they try their best to have the best service and options for you to save you both time and money. I personally think they have very good attitude and try to help their costumers
