- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I walked in to Wells Fargo branch this afternoon in order to close my account, Bobby was the guy who did it, this guy is the most disrespectful and rude that Ive had ever dealt in customer service. Bad experience, besides I had to pay 15 dollars for Maintenance fee, even though I haven't used the account for 2 months. I couldn't use the ATM card nor make deposits using the app. Do NOT bank with Wells Fargo.By Jose Portalanza, January 14, 2017
