  I would never recommend using Duke Vogel's office. I called three times to try to speak to someone to review our rates and try to get a cheaper rate after being a solid customer for a year. Not only were our phone calls not returned but when we finally did speak to someone one of the associates, Amber, yelled and screamed at me. I was treated so disrespectfully and so unkindly. Needless to say, we are cancelling our home, car and umbrella policies. I would avoid this office at all cost. We were also charged a canceling fee and even after I was completely disrespected as a client, this fee was not removed. Do not use Duke Vogel!

  I have been a customer of Duke Vogel office since 1995. I have always received good services with them and all questions I asked have been handled in a timely manner. The people I have talk to have treated me with respect. I recently had questions and when I call Barrie, help me to get answers within the same day. Thanks for all your help.

  Have been sending customers to the Duke Vogel Agency throughout the last 20 years. Many of our customers have continued to use All State and they all have been pleased with the high level of customer service that is not always found when dealing with companies directly. Having a personal agent that you can call on means all the difference in the world, especially if you encounter a claim issue.
