- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. 2 hours on the phone transferred all over the place 5 different answers to my question. No resolution to my problem. Bank Of America should learn the meaning of customer service before they state they offer customer service. I had the same issue with Chase and it took 5 minutes and one phone call to resolve. I would strongly recommend Chase over Bank Of America, Chase seems to know what customer service is and they provide excellent efficient customer service with out the hassle of dealing with Bank Of America.By Brian K, September 24, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I waited on hold first for 30 minutes and a second time for 15 minutes. Never spoke to a live body. This bank continues to cut services and drive impersonal automation. You can see it with the elimination of drive up windows, having to show a debit card for simple entry into the bank, to limiting the availability of "Chat" via the web and shoving a phone app down our throats.
