- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I call and they never answer the phone. I leave a message and nobody calls me back. Everyone banking with BoA is just like cattle to them. No personal service. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Hello. I visited this location today after opening an account online. As I used my debit card for the first time at the drive thru, I noticed that the covering over the screen really needs to be replaced. It was very hard to see because of all scratches and faded screen material. Because one machine was out of order I had to change lanes, and notice that both outside lane screens have to be replaced. This is not meant as a complaint, but as a suggestion to bring this to your attention. Thank you for your time,By David Shanahan, October 29, 2016
