  I called inquiring about a loan and was told id receive a call back i waited an hour and no call so i called again and they said it'll be a few minutes and didn't call back for 2 hours so i called again and they said they'd call me shortly and i never received a call until the following day and made an appointment to go in. The lady who helped me with my loan said shed call with an update by the following Monday. its been 2 weeks and still nothing i called to see if she was in office and got sent to voice mail.

  Without a doubt the worse customer service bank in North Carolina Almost 2 weeks ago I opened a BB&T Checking account for only one reason and that is my current employer cuts BB&T pay checks ,to make things faster for deposits I decided to open a Checking account after depositing cash into the new account I was then informed it would take up to four days to receive my new debit card(all other banks I have accounts with gave me a temporary card till my card arrived VIA mail service )all I was given was one blank check , now almost 14 days later no debit card , I was lied to My advise to anyone new to the area choose any other bank but BB&T or at least not this branch

  Great service:...my son's account was hacked & I went in with him to see a consultant to get his money back. Even though it was a very small amount of money we were utmost priority . Consultant was very helpful & knowledgeable excellent.

  Arbitrarily places holds on checks. ATM won't accept deposits 50% of the time. BBT also will debit your account DOUBLE the amount if a customer gives you a bad check! A customer wrote me a bad check for $8300 and the debited my account $16,600!! Are they paying me interest on this???

  Being fairly new to the "adulting" aspects of life, I chose this bank because it's proximity to the University. My first visit at this bank was full of nothing less than great experience with Veronica. I've been in and out throughout the year and I'm slightly disappointed with some of the tellers. They make me feel uncomfortable trying to learn some things I've never been taught before. On the other hand, Veronica was always helpful answering any question or concern I had without making me feel the slightest guilt for trying to learn. I'd give this branch 5 stars, but there is plenty of room to improve. Thank you Veronica for your outstanding, professional, client-oriented support!
