- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to get my taxes done and the young lady who answered the line told me to just come in. When I arrived, there were two young ladies present. One was already assisting a customer and the other I couldn't tell whether she was a customer or not because she was just sitting there with the appears of being bored. I asked if she was a customer waiting or a cpa processing taxes and she stated she was processing taxes. I asked if I could be serviced and she looked at me as if I annoyed her. Never once asking how she could assist me nor inviting me to have a seat. I invited myself down at her desk and began explaining what I needed and this young lady never gave me her attention. Her body was turned away from me the entire time so I decided to leave. I've never used there services before and I wanted to give them a try however it seems as if they're not interested so I'm takimg my business elsewhere.By BertRita Bailey, February 17, 2017
