  This is a beautiful store with incredible merchandise, but that is not what impresses me most. The honesty displayed by the good people who work there is so meaningful.I have always had great service so I stopped by today to ask about getting a new clasp for a diamond necklace. The current clasp is hard to manipulate and I was looking for something easier. Instead of selling me a new clasp, I was told that this clasp ensures the best security for my necklace. I was deeply touched that a fair and honest response to me was more important than taking my money. Despite not purchasing a thing, my necklace was cleaned and returned. I will recommend Malak Jewelers if you want a refreshing, amazing experience!

  Sam Hanna and the entire staff at Malak Jewelers turned what was one of the most tragic experiences into an absolutely delightful experience. When the diamond from my antique wedding set that was passed down to me from my great, great grandfather fell out, not only was I completely devastated, but I knew the integrity of my antique set had lost it's old European cut show piece. Sam went to great lengths to communicate seamlessly with my insurance company, to offer tissues when I broke down in tears, and to work overtime searching across the world (literally) to find the perfect old European cut diamond to restore my antique set to even outshine it's former glory. The craftsmanship and detail used in building up and replicating the finest marking of the prongs as well as the tiniest, antique details of my wedding band to ensure my new diamond would be there for my great, great grandchildren is beyond my most stringent expectations. The cherry on the top would be the fantastic pricing and ability to work alongside us during such an unanticipated financial expense. There simply is not anyone who has even come close to the fabulous experience I had with Malak Jewelers
