  I lost my car about three weeks ago and I was having a very hard time catching the bus to and from work while dropping and picking up my kids from daycare on the bus. My sister call me one day and was like let's go to Planet Mitsubishi, I heard good things about them. At first I was hesitant because I wasn't sure I was ready for another car payment. When we got there we were greeted and approach by Thomas Loria and another salesperson. Thomas Loria assisted me with the process of applying for a car. He was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Thomas made me feel hopeful when I was getting anxious. Thomas Loria has great customer service skills and is a very pleasant guy.The other staff was friendly and also helpful. I am now a new owner! No more anxiety over catching the bus! I would recommend Planet Mitsubishi to my family and friends!

  Great car buying experience at Planet Mitsubishi. After months of searching for a good used car, I found Planet Mitsubishi. The staff was very helpful. Ronald, the salesman, made my car buying experience stress free. He worked with me to find the perfect car. He was dedicated to making sure I got everything I wanted and needed in my new vehicle, and walked me through the entire process. Next time Planet will be my first stop. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

  I took my 2011 Car for service after having my car sit in storage in the US while I worked overseas. The vehicle was in great condition. My ac stopped working and they turned it into a colossal hassle and needed me to come in more than once. It was just a hustle. I went to another more reputable dealer and go t my issue solved without any issues. Their mechanics are horrible. They will over charge you for their incompetence. Stay far away. They're just out to take money from you that's it.

  Dont call them on the phone if you need something done. They are decent people in person but they will never call you back if you leave a message at the desk.
