- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We went through another mortgage company and before the first payment was due was transferred to RoundPoint. No notification, no letter, nothing from prior mortgage company, no welcome.. just zip. I had to find out where I had to make my first mortgage payment by calling my old mortgage company (Movement) which I had to follow up on with RoundPoint on. Just disappointing these people exist in servicing customers. Now dealing with Insurance with them since the left does not talk to the right. Like others.. if I could give a zero I would since it is up to us the consumer to do all the work.By C Richards, November 22, 2016
