  This has got to be THE WORST, which doesn't not even begin to describe the lack of competency, accuracy, and complete misrepresentation and disregard for "lack of insult" customer service. They are an insult to ANY bank as "service" agents. I opened account at the end of the year with time sensitive financial deadlines pertinent to the start of the new year. I understood there was to a "3 day hold on new accounts depositing checks" which again was confirmed by bank associates. I was dissapointed to hear BUT was reassured over and over I could pay bills through online services with NO repercussions. This was a blatant lie and misrepresentation of the truth. I proceeded to pay bills through process instructed only to to awake 3 days later slapped with overdraft fees and return payment fees. Livid, I called, and visited center to rectify situation, assuming as ANY good business at fault would HUMBLY do only to be slapped with yet ANOTHER hold because of the lack of copetancy and accountability of this branch. My family having been with BOA for over 40 years was highly disturbed I would NEVER recommend any customer or business to opposite in this fashion or consider themselves "customer service" agents when they did nothing but supply customer disatisfaction. Pathetic. I would report to BBB
