  I am so disapointed with some of the workers in this branch! I think twice when I have to stop there. Today it was another day to be disapointed. Something is wrong with this people! Please, help me God!

  Poor customer service . I sat almost an hour just to wait to have a card replacement. No one was taking care of the customers in front of me. The greeter was not very friendly when asked for assistance he responded that they were closing soon & would I like to come back & it was a Saturday, knowing they are closed on a Sunday's. He struggled with spelling my name on the sign in sheet so he handed me the pen to sign my own. Very unprofessional & the workers are not efficient at all. I will definitely choose another branch before ever coming back here, this would be my last option.

  They decided they would do an entire credit card application process in the teller line with only station open and four or five people waiting behind. Also, their ATM is broken, which is why I had to go into their mismanaged lobby in the first place.
