- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ZERO TO MINUS STARS customer service must be trained not to answer the phone. i spent over 1 hour and 45 minutes TRYING (but not successfully) reaching a live person. I WANTED INFORMATION THAT WOULD HAVE TAKEN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES but at this point i wouldn't think about opening a new account with B of A sorry for you lack of interestBy John Ducimo, February 06, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Incredibly slow service. The tellers are overly friendly with customers and casual with customers as well as other employees to the point of being slow. It's very inefficient time wise. I went in on a Saturday. The line was very long. But only because tellers were moving so slowly. There were two tellers working at a very casual pace. There was another woman behind the counter that kept walking up to the tellers to schmooze. I'm thinking to myself get behind a computer and help out! Then the tellers themselves were overly friendly with customers at the counter and overly chatty. I don't mind friendly banter but try to remember to be efficient.By Keisha Fowler, September 30, 2016
