    the staff was prompt professional and friendly.Regina provided excellent customer service. She is very professional and does her very best to accommodate customer needs. I highly recommend Charlotte Metro Credit Union.

    This has been the WORST bank experience I have ever had. Over $2000 has been stolen out off my savings account via ATM. They absolutely refuse to refund my money. It was implied that the transactions were mine due to me not disputing wben they occured. The crazy thing is i left Wells Fargo to come to this bank, because of everything that was happening with their employees. Seems like i was better off staying where i was. Would give 0 stars if that was an option
