  Unprofessional and ghetto. Arrived today and was told to come back another day. Tamara had the biggest attitude and kept rolling her eyes at me. She had degrees on the wall but no class when talking to me. I'm shocked this place hasn't been shut down due to the cancer scare last year in which they didn't notify poor underprivileged women they had screened for cancer. This place is A waste of time, they have no dignity or respect for those who make the trip here. I had been traveling to kannapolis for services because their care is so much better. Due to transportation issues I was forced to come to this slum today and have my time wasted. Never again tho

  Everyone took really good care of me. My first visit 2 months ago was PHENOMENAL! From the receptionist to the nurse, to the assistants. They were all friendly,gentle and caring. That's how you care for people!!! Keep up the great work.

  Ppl are friendly but they are so freaking slow .. I waited over a hour just to get birth control and my appointment was at 7:45 am and the place was empty!! If u don't have to come here DONT
