  Queen City Insurance is just the company you want it to be. When I needed advice on how much coverage I should have, they were there to do the analysis and provide the best coverage for the money. When I decided I wanted to change my policy to my levels for my comfort level, they did it right away. Great company to work with.

  I just started doing business with Queen City Insurance and it has turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thanks to Queen City Insurance, I found out that my old insurance didn't even cover me for Wind and hail damage, I think I had around a $15,000 deductable before my insurance would kick in any money. Wind and Hail are the two things that are the most likely to cause damage to a home so I would have been in a bad place. Thankfully, Queen City Insurance pointed this out to me and switched me over to a new provider that covers me for wind and hail. They actually care about their clients needs and well being regardless of what it puts in their wallets and to me that says everything about a company and the kind of people they employ. I was so impressed with my experience, I have even recommended Queen City Insurance to my Boss and my In-Laws and I highly recommend this company to anyone that reads this review.
