- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you are looking for a new bank for any reason stay far away unless you enjoy being treated terribly. I've had numerous issues with my account and fees being charged for no reason. I've called and left messages and no surprise no one returned any of my calls. My most recent experience today they closed my account because I didn't activate a new card they sent me. I never received the card and all they could offer to do is send me a new one and until I get it "sorry for the inconvenience " I now have no access to my money for the rest of the weekend since they offer no weekend hours. There are much better banks in a mile radius. Don't go here.By Gabby Barrett, August 06, 2017
